Room rates include:
- 10% tax and 5% service charg
- Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Purified water (max. 40 litre/guest
- 2 tea, 2 coffee everyday in the room
Check-in, check-out time:
- Check-in time: From 14:00.
- Check-out time: Before 12:00.
- Early check-in: to be confirmed for every specific case. Guests are requested to pay an extra fee as follows:
- From 06:00 to before 14:00: ½ room night fee;
- Before 06:00: 1 room night fee.
- Late check-out: to be confirmed for every specific case. Guests are requested to pay an extra fee as follows:
- After 12:00 to 18:00: ½ room night fee;
- After 18:00: 1 room night fee.
Payment: All room fees have to be settled to First Hotel by bank transfer or credit card before arrival.

Notes:
- If guests are confirmed positive (+) with Covid-19 test at the airport and cannot arrive at the hotel, all the room and other charges paid in advance to the hotel will be refunded. This will be done with the conditions that there is a confirmation/ certification of positive (+) with Covid-19 from the authorized Medical Department;
- Besides, if there is any other reasons from the Authorities, Police Department… that guests are not being able to enter Vietnam, the hotel will charge 01 night room charge and refund the rest room charge to guests, after receiving all evidences or documents about this matter.
- During the stay at First Hotel, if there is any Covid-19 test with positive (+) result and guests have to be transferred to appointed hospital according to the regulations of Vietnam, the hotel will only charge the actual room nights of stay and other services occurred. The rest of the total paid amount will be refunded to guests.
- According to the regulations of the Medical Department for quarantines, the day guests check-out will be based on the Decision of The People Committee and the negative result of the last Covid test. Therefore, the duration of stay might be less or more than 14 nights.
