Vietnamese culinary elites from all regions come together for the event, offering both domestic and foreign visitors exquisite meals steeped in the country’s history.
The event, which has hundreds of food booths, promotes Vietnamese food to a global audience while also introducing traditional recipes and serving as a forum for elite chefs to interact and share knowledge.
In addition to cuisine, the festival offers attendees the chance to take in customary artistic and cultural acts, resulting in a vibrant and appealing festival area.
